Delivery
Delivery will be refused if the courier considers the person receiving the delivery to be drunk. Couriers will not deliver to any person anywhere other than at a residential or business address given when the order is placed, or with a neighbour as previously agreed. The courier will not deliver to anyone under the legal age of alcohol consumption in the country the delivery is made to.
Orders from Outside the UK
Orders will only be accepted for delivery on the UK mainland.

Refunds & Cancellations
As a consumer purchasing on behalf of your own consumption, you are entitled to a cancellation notice of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods. To do so you must contact us using the information listed on the contact us page or via email [email protected]. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will issue a reimbursement for the price paid for the goods including delivery charges as soon as possible and in any case within a period not exceeding 30 days beginning with the day on which the notice of cancellation was given. If cancelled, it is your responsibility to return the goods (at your own cost) to our registered distribution centre, Fine Wine Merchant, 96 Thorkhill Road, Thames Ditton, KT7 0UW, UK.
Alternatively, we can arrange a collection service using a courier of our choice to collect the goods and return to us, which will be paid for by you. It is your responsibility to take due care of the goods. If returned at our cost or if these directions are not followed we will be forced to charge you the costs of recovery. All above rights exclude opened bottles or those where the seal has in anyway been broken. Bottles that have been purchased as original full cases, must be returned in original, undamaged full cases.
In cases where a faulty product has been received, we will need to receive the faulty product back in order to issue a replacement or a refund for the item.
Where vintages are subject to change, we will contact you to suggest an alternative, in some instances if contact is not possible and a suitable alternative product is available, we will choose to ship the alternative product. This does not in anyway affect your rights. Uploading Content to Our Site
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our site, or to make contact with other users of our site, you must comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
