Our delivery promise
We want you to receive your wine as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch your wine within 5 working days (please allow delivery time in addition to this). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this time as sometimes our suppliers might take longer time than usual.
However, we cannot fulfil your order in this time, we will contact you to organise a substitute or make alternative arrangements.
Some products, such as our monthly bundle deals, have a limit of one pack per order. You can place multiple orders for the bundle but you may be charged a separate delivery fee for each order.
